Abstract

Land field border marks are often become a problem in the community. The border mark problem then hinders the progress of measurement activities. As an effort to speed up the measurement process, the government issued a policy of the Minister of ATR/Head of BPN Regulation Number 16 of 2021, which in article 19 describes the photographing of border marks and a border mark installation statement letter which are used as requirements in the measurement application documents. This study aims to determine the implementations of the boundary marking policy based on the policy of Permen ATR/Head of BPN Number 16 of 2021, as well as how the legality of border mark photos and border mark installation statement letters. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, which is carried out by explaining the results of interviews, observations, and document studies. The border mark photos and border mark installation statement letter help to accelerate the measurement of land fields. This is evidenced by the results of the study which show that the average time to complete the measurement documents in 2021 was 71 days, and then decreased in 2022 to 1,1 days, so it can be concluded that the existence of photos of border marks and border mark installation statement letter helps to accelerating land field measurement activities. In addition, the border mark photos and statement letters are legal and can be justified in court because they have a clear legal basis, namely Permen ATR/KBPN Number 16 of 2021 Article 19.
