Abstract
Abstract: The Indonesian government has established a National Strategic Project (PSN) to support large-scale development in the public interest. Land acquisition is one of the PSN in Indonesia which is currently being carried out on a large scale to support the accelerated implementation of infrastructure. Bagong Dam is one of the PSN which is currently still entering the construction phase in land acquisition. This study was conducted to determine changes in land value in Sumurup Village and Sengon Village after the construction of the Bagong Dam and then to analyze the distribution of changes in land value and analyze their economic impact after the construction of the Bagong Dam. This study uses a mixed research method with a sequential explanatory strategy through a spatial approach. The results of this research are that the construction of the Bagong Dam has an impact on the increase in the value of the respondent's land in Sumurup Village and Sengon Village, Sumurup Village has a higher land value than Sengon Village, the Bagong Dam Development has an impact on changes in the employment and income of respondents in Sumurup Village and Sengon Village.
