Abstract

The Bantul Regency Land Office in writing the Measurement Drawing/GU has followed PMNA/KBPN No. 3/1997 and PP No. 16 of 2021. However, the Bantul Regency Land Office has several additional writings in the GU which aim to make it easier to search for data regarding the subject and object of the rights contained therein. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used are interviews and document studies. This study aims to determine the consistency of GU standardization and conformity of GU at the Bantul District Land Office with PMNA/KBPN No. 3 of 1997, as well as the recommendations given regarding GU at the Bantul District Land Office. The results showed that the standardization of making sporadic measuring drawings by measuring officers was not fully in accordance with PMNA/KBPN No. 3 of 1997. It can be seen that the discrepancy in making measuring drawings was due to the fact that the measuring drawing format was not in accordance with PMNA/KBPN No. 3 of 1997. The standardization of making systematic measuring drawings from measuring officers are not fully in accordance with the PTSL Technical Guidelines so that there is a need for re-standardization regarding the making of measuring drawings Keywords: Cadastral survey, field work, standardization
