Abstract
The Computerized Land Activity Application (KKP) used for managing land data has identified deficiencies in recording the journey of measurement and mapping service files. The Survey and Mapping Section of the Temanggung District Land Office has implemented a policy to address these gaps by adopting the Monitoring Application for Mapping Files (MONITA) to monitor the journey of mapping files. This study aims to investigate the implementation, benefits, impacts, and user responses to the MONITA Application, which has been in use for approximately six months. The research method employed is a mixed-method approach with a descriptive approach to depict the outcomes of MONITA Application usage and user feedback. The implementation of the MONITA Application has transformed the recording system of mapping file journeys from manual (using expedition logbooks) to digital within the Survey and Mapping Section of the Temanggung District Land Office. Some benefits of this administrative change in mapping file management include easier recording of file journey details, improved monitoring of file distribution among mapping officers, assessment of mapping officers' performance, and assistance in tracking the physical location of mapping service files.dThe impact of the MONITA Application in enhancing employee performance includes better distribution of file counts among mapping officers. User satisfaction indicates that MONITA functions effectively and meets user needs. As a result, feedback from MONITA Application users shows satisfaction with its implementation.
