Abstract

Agrarian reform is a more equitable restructuring of the structure of control, ownership, fulfilment and utilization of land through asset management and accompanied by access management for community welfare. The potential for structuring access to agrarian reform for food security in Pagerjurang Village is an interesting thing to study, considering that the land use in Pagerjurang Village is 147.70 hectares or the entire area is dry land. Agrarian reform, especially access management, is one of the programs of the Boyolali Regency Land Office which is held in Pagerjurang Village, Musuk District. This program, which was initiated in 2022, is already undergoing scheme 1 in its implementation stages. The research was conducted to determine the comparison of the profiles of cattle farming and avocado farming. Apart from that, this research was conducted to determine the potential for structuring access to agrarian reform on community food sustainability, and what things can be developed for the sustainability of agrarian reform in Pagerjurang village. This research uses two approaches (mix method), namely qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative method was carried out through interviews with the Pagerjurang village community. The quantitative method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents. The respondents taken were the people of Pagerjurang village. From the research carried out, it was found that cattle farming is still the main source of income compared to avocado farming, because the harvest time is relatively faster. In terms of food sustainability, the Pagerjurang community can be said to have sufficient food. Keywords : avocado, food sustainability, mix method, agrarian reform, dairy cow
