Abstract

Margokaton Village oes not yet have systematic data regarding inventory as well as use, utilization and control of village land in the form of pelungguh, pengarem-ngarem, and tanah kas desa. Based on these problems, it is necessary to carry out good validation and inventory activities of village assets. The use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) and land plot data downloaded from Computerized Land Activities (KKP) can facilitate the process of inventorying data regarding existing tanah desa. Collecting field data, which initially took a long time to carry out inventory, can now be done more quickly and efficiently. Regarding elements, image interpretation is superior using UAV drone technology so that the detailed information contained in objects can be recognized precisely, clearly, and easily. This research uses mixed research methods. Qualitative methods were used to find out the utilization process, obstacles, and solutions for using photo maps and to find information regarding tanah desa use. Meanwhile, quantitative research was used to test the results of visual interpretation of upright aerial photos regarding tanah desa use classification data. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, interpretation and digitization of photo maps, and documentation studies. The analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions, and verifying. There are problems and solutions in implementing the use of photo maps. The total of all tanah desa assets in Margokaton Village is 200 plots of land or ± 62.33 Ha. The results of the accuracy of photo map interpretation were 96%. Most tanah desa use in Margokaton Village is used for sugar cane. The majority of tanah desa in Margokaton Village is used for agricultural production. For Land Control, the majority is controlled by non-owners of government agencies. Meanwhile, almost all of the tanah desa ownership in the Margokaton Village has a Right to Use certificate, but there is one plot of tanah desa that has not yet been certified.
