Abstract
Based on the results of pre-research in Sumberagung Village, there are several problems related to the use and utilization of Tanah Kalurahan. These problems include the transfer of the lease rights of Tanah Kalurahan to other parties. There ara several plots of Tanah Kalurahan whose use has not been maximised and there are Tanah Kalurahan that is used for non-agricultural activities without written permission from Kasultanan or Kadipaten and the Governor. This study uses a qualitative method in order to describe the use and utilization of Tanah Kalurahan in Sumberagung Village. Tanah Kalurahan in Sumberagung Village has a total area of 931.573 m², with 88,7% of the area used for agricultural activities. Tanah Kalurahan that is widely used by the people of Sumberagung Village is Tanah Kas Kalurahan with an annual rental system. The implementation of the use and utilisation of Tanah Kalurahan in Sumberagung Village is not fully in accordance with the Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 24 Tahun 2024, because there are still some problems that have not been solved until now.
