Abstract
Nglanjuk Village, one of the villages in Blora Regency, has 92.73% of its land registered, both sporadically and systematically. This situation can accelerate agrarian reform by developing access arrangements through the village’s potential and empowering its subjects. This study will examine the village's potential, both physical and non-physical, inventory the various types of businesses that the community has engaged in, as well as identify potential new business types and their impact on increasing community income. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews will be directed at the community as business actors and policymakers in the fields of agriculture, food, and trade. The results indicate that the potential dominance of agricultural land and the productive population are driving the development of Nglanjuk's agricultural economy. Among the existing businesses, there are high-interest sectors such as agriculture and home industries that can further increase income and profits. There has been an increase in production for "Salibu" agriculture to 7,200 kilograms a year, with annual profits reaching Rp112,488,000 each hectare, and the tempeh chip industry achieving daily profits of Rp6,986,800 from the production of 506 kilograms of tempeh. Keywords: access arrangement, agrarian reform, village potential
