Abstract

The Ministry of ATR/BPN has implemented Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) since 2017. During its implementation process, a concept called Integrated PTSL has been proposed for the first time in 2023 by the Katingan Regency Land Office in Hampalit Village, Katingan Hilir District, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The Integrated PTSL concept uses photogrammetry as the main measurement method. It is believed that further understanding is needed to know more about the integrated PTSL process, especially regarding the implementation, strategies and solutions which has been carried out by the Katingan Regency Land Office. The method used during this research is the qualitative method. The data collection was carried out by interviewing selected sources purposively. Data analysis uses a Case Study approach, namely researchers investigate certain phenomena in certain times and activities, and collect detailed information using various data collection procedures The result of this research is that the implementation process has not reached 100% in accordance with PTSL Juknis Number 3/Juknis-HK.02/III/2023. There are things that are still not appropriate, which are in the making of work maps and land maps. Meanwhile, the suggestions for the strategy carried out are increasing synergy, collaboration and the role of human resources in the implementation of activities, budgeting financing for masdasik and guarding PTSL procedures based on technical guidelines. Other than that, to face challenges and solutions can be in the form of taking action always giving understanding and socialization to the community, searching in the field of old certificates, as well as measuring supplement and extra terrestrial.
