Abstract

Along with the era development, the need for information is increasing. One of which is the need for land information. To obtain valid and complete land information, data is needed from various agencies related to land and non-land where the data has been synchronized. However, as there is still sectoral egotism in each agency, the required land information is still not synchronized. The government has issued a policy in the form of Presidential Regulation Number 23 of 2021 concerning Amendments to Presidential Regulation Number 9 of 2016 concerning Accelerating the Implementation of the One Map Policy at a Map Accuracy Level of 1:50,000 Scale. To overcome these obstacles, this research aims to build a valid and complete village land database so that it has multi-purpose services and creates an orderly sector-based village land administration. The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods (mixed methods). Land data was obtained from several agencies, namely the Land Office, the Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency (BPKPAD), the Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism Service (DISBUDPORAPAR), the Agriculture, Food Security and Fisheries Service (DPKPP), the Business Cooperatives Service Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (DKUKMP), Janti Village, and the results of field surveys using the ArcGIS Survey123 application to complete the required data. The data collection technique involves conducting interviews, observation and document study. These data were analyzed by analyzing quantitative data and qualitative data using spatial and non-spatial analysis using the Geospatial Information System (GIS) and descriptive analysis. The development of a multipurpose land database is carried out through 3 stages, namely data collection, data processing and data presentation. The final result of building this multipurpose land database is a soft file in the form of a shape file. The existence of this multi-purpose land database has an impact on the orderly administration of land in Janti Village and the final results can be used in creating thematic maps of land plots (PTBT) which can be used by multi-stakeholders in data updates and as input in decision and policy making, especially the Government Janti Village in an effort to optimize village treasury land (TKD). The development of a multi-purpose land database is also considered very good by various parties. Keywords: Land Database, Multipurpose Services, Orderly Land Administration.
