Abstract

An obstacle in repairing and increasing the quality of spatial data is the arrangement of overlapping land parcels and gaps between land parcels. One promising method in overcoming this problem is Block Adjustment to produce better mapping. There are two plugins available to use Block Adjustment, namely the Perekat Plugin and the Adumanis Plugin. This research aims to determine the accuracy of the data produced and the efficiency of utilizing the Perekat Plugin and Adumanis Plugin. The research method is a comparative quantitative research method. This accuracy test is based on the Circular Error value of 90% (CE90) and the number of fields that meet the PMNA/KBPN tolerance Number 3 of 1997. The accuracy test results are divided into two criteria based on the number of control points. Efficiency based on the parameters of completion time, computing resources and suitability to practical needs. The accuracy test results have 2 criteria as follows. (1) Criteria 1 (17 control points) in the Perekat Plugin produces a CE90 point accuracy of 0,242 m; CE90 distance accuracy of 0,056 m; area meets the tolerance of 32 Fields. The Adumanis Plugin produces a CE90 point accuracy of 0,240 m; CE90 distance accuracy of 0,071 m; area not tested. (2) Criteria 2 (23 control points) in the Perekat Plugin produces a CE90 point accuracy of 0,186 m; CE90 distance accuracy of 0,062 m; area that meets the tolerance of 32 fields. The Adumanis Plugin produces a CE90 point accuracy of 0,241 m; CE90 distance accuracy of 0,074 m; area cannot be tested. Efficiency results are carried out using 3 parameters. Completion Time The Perekat Plugin requires more time. Computing resources The Perekat Plugin uses more computing resources. Suitability to practical needs The Perekat Plugin is more appropriate.
