Abstract

Registration of land plots by the end of 2023 will be 110 million plots and land plots with certificates will be 90.1 million plots. Apart from that, there are 14.8 million plots of land that have been registered but have not yet been mapped. The Kediri City Land Office is one of the locations for the settlement of unmapped certified land parcels. This research aims to determine the application of studio methods and field methods in improving data quality in the KW 4, KW 5, and KW 6 land parcel categories and to find out the results of handling both methods to improve the data quality of KW 4, KW 5 and KW 6 land parcels. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research uses reflective analysis by analyzing various conditions found in the field and then making a detailed research report. There are two main points in the application of the method in improving the quality of land parcel data, namely, first, the application of the studio method in improving the quality of cluster 4 land parcel data is more dominantly carried out on KW 4 data, land books in which measurement documents contain land parcels that have not been mapped spatially on the registration map. Online via the GeoKKP application, but textual information on measuring letters has been entered via the KKP website application, and the geometry of the land plot as a result of digitizing measuring letters has been described via the GeoKKP application. However, there is also KW 4 which must be completed using field methods, namely in the case of KW 4 which does not have information on the location of the land plot in the form of land plot coordinates. The application of field methods is more dominant in KW 5 and KW 6 data. Second, KW 4 data obtains information on the location of land parcels from downloading spatial measurement letters in the GeoKKP application. If the downloaded land plot data and land documents are the same, the data quality increases. If there is a difference in the area between the mapping of the land plot and the area of the certificate, an official report is made. KW 5 data obtains the location of land parcels from textual information entered in the KKP website application. If the data entry has land parcel coordinate information and bordering land parcel information, the data quality increases. If there is a difference in the area between the mapping of the land plot and the area of the certificate, an official report is made. KW 6 data obtains the location of land parcels from land book entry information. If the land book entry data is known to the sub-district office and the owner of the certificate is found, the quality of the data increases. If no plot of land is found, an official report is made.
