Abstract

To create a Indonesia Lengkap, the government starts from the smallest aspect, namely by creating Desa Lengkap. Realization of Desa Lengkap is carried out at Kantor Pertanahan (Kantah) throughout Indonesia. However, in its implementation there are still many Kantah who experience problems. Kantah Pati as one of the implementers also encountered obstacles and had not yet received the title of Desa Lengkap. This research aims to determine the implementation in realizing a Desa Lengkap as well as the obstacles and solutions that exist in Kantah Pati. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data from interviews with informants in Kantah Pati and secondary data is the result of document studies on existing land data. The analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman analysis model and analysis with the 5M management elements (man, money, materials, machines and methods). From the research conducted, it is known that there are three stages in realizing a Desa Lengkap in Kantah Pati. The three stages are measuring and mapping new fields through PTSL, improving data quality, and submitting a Desa Lengkap. Several obstacles are faced by Kantah Pati. The most significant obstacle is related to improving data quality. Keyword : Desa Lengkap, improving data quality
