Abstract

This research aims to determine the potential utilization of the Land Parcel Map as a reference for determining the the boundary of the village area. This research is located in Sumberarum and Sumberagung, Moyudan District, Sleman Regency. The research method used descriptive approach with qualitative methods, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results obtained are the potential utilization of Land Parcel Map (PBT) as the determination of the urban village boundary has not been able to utilized as a reference for determining urban village boundaries, because there are still many parcels of land at the urban village boundary have not been titled.There are 4 land problem in Sumberarum and Sumberagung sub-districts, that impact on the utilization of the PBT. The solution to the land problems at the sub-district boundaries can be resolved with the cooperation and assistance of the landowner, the village government, as well as the Sleman land office in resolving and providing solutions to the problematic problems at the village boundary. In conclusion, the potential utilization of PBT as a reference for the determination of boundaries cannot yet be carried out because there are still land parcels on the boundaries of both urban village that the certificate here not been issued, which has an impact on the utilization of the Land Parcel Map to determine the boundaries of the two urban village.Utilization of the Land Parcel Map to determine the boundaries of the urban village.
