Abstract

Village Treasury Land (TKD) is an area of land whose management and development are owned by the village government. TKD is one of the assets owned by the village to carry out development in the area. The village government can manage TKD either by itself or through other parties, such as self-cultivation, leasing, land use cooperation, and build-operate-transfer or build-transfer-operate schemes. Continuous use of TKD without considering environmental factors can also turn the land into critical land that eventually needs to be rehabilitated to function optimally again. This research takes place in Kalurahan Sumberarum, which shows that the utilization of TKD has not yet reached its optimal potential. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive normative approach. The results show that the TKD management system regulation implemented by the kalurahan government is in accordance with applicable regulations. The implementation of the management system has been running, reflecting agrarian characteristics as agricultural land. The Sumberarum Kalurahan Government actively manages TKD to generate economic income that contributes to Village Original Income (PADes) through leasing.
