Abstract

The vast amount of cluster 4 (K4) land field data that has not been spotted in the Pekanbaru City district makes it possible to submit a complete city in the pekanbaru city. Therefore, this research focuses on the strategy of improving the quality of the land data of the K4 field in the Pekanbaru City District in the data maintenance activities towards the complete recovery to support the complete city submission. This research aims to know the Quality of the Land of K4 in Pekanbaru City District, know the progress of the improvement of the quality and quality of land data in the K4, the obstacles and solutions in the quality improvement program of the data of land of the k4 in the Pekanbaru city District, and know the Strategy of the Quality improvement programme of data for the land of K4, in the district. The research methods used in this research are qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. As for the data collection techniques used in the research, these are observations, interviews, and document studies. Results of the research: (1) The status of quality of recorded land area land data of K4, in the 2023 district or before it is carried out improvements in data quality in data conservation activities, that is, a total of 675 registered land fields have not been identified. (2) The progress of improving the data level of the fields of land K4, which are not identified, after the data maintenance activity of the remaining 93 K4 fields has been performed. Of the remainder of the land that has not been spotted, such as SU/GS from the land, it cannot be found in the room of the measurement archive, so the land cannot be identified and can not be spelt. (3) Improving the quality of K4 fields in order to maintain data in the Farm Office of Pekanbaru City is difficult to solve because there are some obstacles. (4) Pekanbaru City Agriculture Office in completing the improvement of the data quality of the K4 land field in data maintenance activities in particular in the city district implemented a 5M strategy consisting of Man (People), Money (Money), Materials (Materials), Machines (Tools), and Methods (Tahapan).
