Abstract
The One Map Policy is the government's strategic direction for national development success. It addresses the problem of overlapping land use that hampers economic growth due to the uncertainty of land provision for development investment. The government is implementing the one map policy by updating the coordinate reference system to SRGI2013. The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning will complete the land registration task by utilizing aerial vehicle technology to create a basic land map as a basis for mapping land parcels in the form of photo maps referenced in SRGI2013 as a series in land registration activities. Given this situation, it is essential to test the accuracy and difference of the land base map to ensure it aligns with the coordinates of the static observation results bound to SRGI2013, as the implementation of the base map is carried out sporadically/one by one based on needs.
