Abstract

The problem of inventory management of land assets in South Manokwari Regency faces a number of challenges, namely the construction of road infrastructure, data discrepancies, the transfer of data during the division of districts, and the creation of land certificates. The Department of Land, Housing and Settlement Areas also assists the district government in dealing with these problems. the. This includes managing land assets and complex issues related to making land certificates which are considered complicated by the community because of the long process. However, these challenges can be overcome with outreach efforts to the local community about the importance of land certificate ownership, as well as with support from the DPPKP in managing local government land assets. A comparison of menu completeness between the SAKTI and SIMDA-BMD Applications can be seen from the menu available in both applications. The menu in the SAKTI application is well organized and complete for each option, including information such as year period, item usage period, quantity or unit, name, size, and so on. The SAKTI application has implemented national standards in recording and management, as one of the official applications of the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, Directorate General of Treasury. Meanwhile, SIMDA-BMD is also an application from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia which is used at the regional level, including at the South Manokwari Regency DPPKP office. The menu in the SIMDA-BMD application is not completely complete, even though the management and recording are good. However, there is some data that has not been recorded or recorded in the application. Thus, it can be concluded that the SAKTI application is superior to the SIMDA-BMD application because it has a good structure and follows national standards. However, the SIMDA-BMD application is a regional standard application, so its use is limited to the district government level.
