Abstract

In accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation 19 of 2016, asset administration includes three main dimensions: bookkeeping, inventory, and reporting, which must be carried out optimally and integrated to ensure the continuity and sustainability of regional asset management. This research identified various problems in the implementation of land asset administration, including inaccurate recording, inaccurate coordinate data, data that has not been updated, double recording, and assets that are occupied by residents and have not been certified. The research results show that there is inaccuracy in recording assets, where the recorded information often does not correspond to actual conditions. Coordinate data used to determine asset locations was also found to be inaccurate, thereby adding uncertainty to asset management. Apart from that, there are problems in terms of data updates that are not carried out regularly, double recording of assets, and the existence of assets that are already occupied by residents without an adequate certification process. This research recommends improvements in the management of land assets, including the implementation of a more integrated and accurate system to ensure all asset data is current and valid, in accordance with the provisions of Permendagri 19 of 2016. With these improvements, it is hoped that local governments can more easily utilize and manage land assets effectively, as well as increasing transparency and accuracy in asset administration in Bojonegoro Regency.
