Abstract

Human need for land that is useful for supporting all aspects of community life. As we know, land itself has not increased and is very limited, but human needs for land, even from each community group, are not necessarily the same. This is what triggers changes in land use. Changes in land use basically occur due to differences in community needs from time to time. However, the use of the land itself does not necessarily correspond to the potential of the location. This is the starting point for inappropriate land use. Land use is expected to be in line with the location's potential for land use. This needs to be regulated in order to realize orderly spatial planning. Therefore, in realizing this, the City of Yogyakarta established Perwali No. 118 of 2021 concerning RDTR for the City of Yogyakarta for 2021-2041 to serve as a reference for land use direction in the City of Yogyakarta. This research aims to determine changes and rates of regional conditions before and after the implementation of RDTR, analyze suitability of land use, and predict potential changes in land use. This research uses mixed methods with data collection techniques in the form of interpretation and delineation of high resolution satellite imagery analyzed using analytical techniques. spatial using ArcGIS and QGIS software by utilizing the MOLLUSCE plugin and the Artificial Neural Network method. The results of the spatial analysis were confirmed and revalidated through groundcheck activities at the research location. This research shows the results that land use in Warungboto Village is dominated as Regular Dense Villages and has experienced changes, namely a decrease in the area of dry fields, irrigated rice fields and vacant land as well as an increase in the area of Regular Dense Villages, Public Parks and Trading Services. Through an analysis of the suitability of land use to the detailed spatial plan, it can be seen that ±70% of the sub-district area is in accordance with the spatial pattern directions. The resulting predictions show that Warungboto Village will experience changes in land use in accordance with the spatial pattern directions in the RDTR.
