Abstract

National development covers all aspects of life, one of which is the economic sector. Economic development is something that absolutely must be implemented if a nation wants to improve the standard of living and welfare of its people. Currently, Margoluwih Village's roof tile production is a home industry that is still quite promising, you can see it along the roads, in the front yards of residents' houses lined with roof tiles produced by residents' home tile industry. Margoluwih District is an area that has a roof tile craft industry with quite a large number of business units and workforce. Industry has the aim of producing and increasing the use value of goods or services, The purpose of this research is to find out the history of land certification for roof tile craft business owners in Margoluwih Village, as well as changes in capital before and after land certification for roof tile craft business owners in Margoluwih Village, and also to find out changes in business income before and after land certification for craft business owners. roof tiles in Margoluwih Village. The research used in this research is qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that produces and processes descriptive data, such as: interview transcriptions, field notes, images, photos, video recordings and so on. Land certification for roof tile craft business operators in Margoluwih District is carried out through sporadic land registration. Of the 15 (fifteen) roof tile craft business actors, the number of roof tile craft business actors who already have land title certificates is 10 (ten) business actors. Business capital for roof tile craft business actors comes from their own capital and loans. For loan capital, it comes from bank loans with collateral in the form of land certificates and loans from cooperatives with collateral in the form of goods. Of the 10 business actors who have certificates, there are 7 business actors who have used their land certificates to apply for capital loans from banks.
