Abstract
Changes in land value caused by land acquisition activities for the construction of toll road infrastructure can be determined with careful research. The assumption that toll road infrastructure development can increase land values cannot be considered fact without in-depth research. Changes in land value must be proven through accurate research. The aim of the research is to: (1) Find out the size and distribution of land values before and after the implementation of land acquisition; (2) Knowing the magnitude of changes and distribution of land values as a result of Land Acquisition; and (3) Knowing the factors that influence changes in land values that occur. Land values in Sumberrejo Village will experience a significant increase from 2020 to 2024, with an increase of between 50% and 90%. This increase was influenced by the plan to build the Yogyakarta-Bawen toll road, where the toll exit is in Banyurejo Village, which is directly adjacent to Sumberrejo Village. The tstatistical test indicates that of the five variables, only the distance to the toll road variable has a significant effect on land value in 2024, with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 or less than 5%.
