Abstract

Securing Regional Property (BMD) is a physical, administrative and legal control activity to prevent a decline in function and as an effort to avoid occupation. This study aims to identify and overcome problems in activities to accelerate the certification of Bogor Regency government land assets where asset security has only reached 25% in Bogor Regency, this is still far from the target set by the Ministry of ATR/BPN where government land assets will be fully certified. in 2024. This research focuses on the target for asset certification applications in 2023 as well as its current progress, the obstacles faced as well as alternative solutions and strategies implemented to resolve existing obstacles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. There is identification and analysis of obstacles using Land Administration Management which is then linked to cause effect relationships to develop strategies and alternative solutions to overcome problems in activities to accelerate the certification of land assets of the Bogor Regency regional government. The results of this research show that the acceleration of regional government land asset certification carried out at the Bogor II Regency Land Office is not optimal, considering the target of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency in completing asset certification which will be completed and fully certified in 2024.
