Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the UI Vision web application in supporting the process of uploading land book archives at the Land Office of Bandung Regency. The evaluation is conducted to identify the extent to which the application meets the aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction, and to provide recommendations for developing a more optimal digital archive upload system. In addition, this study also aims to identify the challenges encountered during the implementation of the application and propose appropriate solutions. The method used in this study is usability testing based on the ISO 25022 standard, which includes three main indicators: effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The research employs a mixed methods approach that combines both quantitative and qualitative data. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, interviews, and direct testing with respondents involved in the archive upload process using predefined task scenarios. The results show that user satisfaction is in the “good” category, reflecting a positive perception of the system. The effectiveness aspect is close to the ideal value, although several errors occurred during task execution. Meanwhile, efficiency is still considered suboptimal, especially in terms of speed and workflow. Some of the obstacles encountered include a less user-friendly interface, lack of input validation, and minimal system feedback. The proposed improvements include enhancing the interface, adding automation and input validation features, and improving the quality of system feedback.
