Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of land certificate issuance services and to determine and analyze what, the study shows that the quality of land certificate issuance services at the Gorontalo factors need to be improved in improving the quality of land certificate issuance services at the Gorontalo Regency Land Office. This study is a study that uses a Qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, which tries to provide an overview of the quality of service and the factors that determine the quality of serv ice. The analysis method is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The informants in this study consisted of internal informants from the Gorontalo Regency Land Office and external informants from the Community who had applied for land certificates. The study was conducted for 1 month from March to April 2025. Based on the results and discussionsRegency Land Office is good, only the time factor for completing the certificate is not optimal. Furthermore, organizational factors, there are limited human resources which cause a high workload. Keywords: Service Quality, Public Service, Land Certificate
