Abstract

The outdated database of Land and Building Tax (PBB P2) objects in Padukuhan Gadung hamlet has hampered tax object identification and has impacted suboptimal regional revenue collection from the PBB P2 sector in Sleman Regency. This situation requires database monitoring and updating to support more optimal PBB P2 revenue. This study aims to provide recommendations for database updates through a PBB P2 tax census using the SNI ISO 19113 standard. This study used qualitative methods to identify database conditions and quantitative methods to update and identify the quality of the mapping data. Database condition identification was achieved through interviews. PBB object data collection was conducted through a census and data quality identification using the SNI ISO: 19113 Data Quality Principles used in the Geospatial Information Agency mapping standard. The results of this study indicate that the geometry of the PBB P2 object database in Padukuhan Gadung hamlet does not align with existing data in the field. Furthermore, this study produced a Land Plot Information Map detailing 1,047 land plots and their tax attributes. The PBB P2 object census produced land plots that were identical to the Registration Map, as evidenced by the very good data quality level of the test object samples, which was 44 objects (48.9%), the good data quality level was 33 objects (36.7%), the normal data quality level was 24 objects (26.7%), the poor data quality level was 8 objects (8.9%), and the very poor data quality level was 5 objects (5.6%).
