Abstract

The development of the Condongcatur Village area, located in the buffer zone of Yogyakarta City, has resulted in increasing demand and pressure on land use, including Village Treasury Land (TKK). TKK, as a village asset, plays a strategic role in supporting community productive activities, particularly in the agricultural sector. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the utilization of TKK by smallholder farmers and the increase in their economic income. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 TKK farmer respondents, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the variable of land area has a significant influence on increasing farmer income, with a significance value of 0.002, while the type of agricultural business and fertilizer use have no partial effect. However, simultaneously, these three variables contribute to an increase in income of 27.8%. This finding indicates that optimizing the utilization of TKK, especially in terms of cultivated land area, can improve the economic welfare of smallholder farmers in Condongcatur Village.
