Abstract

Spatial planning is an important foundation for realizing sustainable development, harmonious, synergistic, and equitable management and utilization of space. One implementation of spatial planning is the detailed spatial plan (RDTR) which presents detailed spatial planning regulations and zoning regulations. In its preparation, the RDTR requires appropriate and accurate land data, especially data on land area, existing conditions, and land status. However, the integration of land data and spatial data still faces various obstacles, one of which is regarding data quality. This study aims to determine the level of land data quality for the preparation of the RDTR through testing data on the plot download map and the DPUPR land plot map. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a comparative and spatial approach. The results of the study indicate that the DPUPR map and the plot download map are valid and accurate for the preparation of the RDTR, especially in Winong Village, Boyolali District, Boyolali Regency.
