Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Agricultural Sector Cross-Certification Land Program in Cibaliung Village, Cibaliung District, Pandeglang Regency, as well as to identify the challenges and solutions encountered during its execution. The program is a collaboration between the Pandeglang Land Office and the Department of Agriculture, targeting farmers who own uncertified agricultural land. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation from stakeholders involved in the program, including the beneficiary farmers. The findings indicate that the program was implemented according to the established stages, including planning, preparation, technical implementation, certificate distribution, and reporting. Challenges faced during implementation included limited information dissemination to farmers, technical obstacles during land measurement, and administrative cost issues. To address these challenges, additional outreach efforts, improved coordination between institutions, and support from village task forces were carried out. Despite these obstacles, the program was generally well-executed and positively received by the local community. Keywords: Land certification, cross-sectoral program.
