Abstract

Sentuh Tanahku Application is an application launched by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) with the aim of facilitating public access to land information. However, despite the convenience it offers, the application still faces several implementation challenges, such as technical issues including system errors and discrepancies between the file status shown in the application and the actual status at the Land Office. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the Sentuh Tanahku application and examine the differences in satisfaction based on demographics in the Surabaya 1 region. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to evaluate the Sentuh Tanahku application based on user satisfaction levels using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) as the data analysis tool. The instrument used is a UEQ questionnaire consisting of 26 questions with a 1–7 Likert scale. The research sample includes 100 respondents selected using the simple random sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using validity testing, reliability testing, and Independent Sample t-Test, as well as data processing based on six UEQ aspects: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The results of the study show that user satisfaction with the Sentuh Tanahku application at the Surabaya 1 Land Office is very low in the aspects of Attractiveness, Dependability, and Stimulation. In the aspects of Perspicuity, Efficiency, and Novelty, the results indicate general dissatisfaction. There are significant differences in user satisfaction levels based on demographic factors. Male respondents showed higher satisfaction levels than female respondents. In terms of age, respondents under 50 years old reported higher satisfaction than those over 50. Regarding the last education level, respondents with less than a high school education showed lower satisfaction compared to those with education above high school level. Keywords: Satisfaction Level, Sentuh Tanahku, Evaluation.
