Abstract
This research is motivated by the government's efforts through the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) to accelerate the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program across Indonesia. However, implementation challenges persist, particularly limited human resources and a high rate of errors in manual data entry. To address this, technological innovation is considered necessary to improve work accuracy and efficiency. One such innovation is UI.Vision, an automation-based software that utilizes Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies. This study uses a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test design, in which the same respondents perform data entry manually and using UI.Vision. The collected data were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test to determine whether there are significant differences in accuracy and efficiency between the two methods. The results show that UI.Vision successfully reduced the error rate from 23.64% to 1.82% and shortened the average data entry time from 6.75 minutes to 1.32 minutes per five files. The Wilcoxon test also indicated a significance value below 0.05, confirming a statistically significant difference. This research concludes that UI.Vision has a positive impact on improving the quality of work in the PTSL data entry process and is expected to be widely adopted as part of the digital transformation in land administration.
