Abstract

In the Special Region of Yogyakarta, there are many cases of utilization of village land whose permits are not in accordance with the provision, there are parties who utilize the land who have not received a Decree from the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta or are in the process of obtaining a permit to utilize the village land, while the party has started land utilization activities even with physical construction or operational activities. This condition can certainly cause its own problems if the administrative process has not been carried out completely in accordance with the applicable provision. This study aims to explain the process of using village land in the Kampoeng Mataraman tourist village, to find out the problems faced and alternative solutions in using village land as a Kampoeng Mataraman tourist village, and to find out the impact of using village land as a Kampoeng Mataraman tourist village towards the village government and the community. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which includes a descriptive approach to collecting and analyzing data, as well as conducting interviews to obtain data. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the orderliness of the utilization of village land belonging to Panggungharjo Village as the Kampoeng Mataraman Tourist Village is not in accordance with the regulations set. In addition, administrative and socio-economic problems were found in the utilization of the village land which of course will be given several alternative solutions.
