Abstract

Strategic Access Reform for Agrarian Reform Based on Regional Potential in Putat Structuring Access to Agrarian Reform Based on Regional Potential in Putat Village. The Basic Agrarian Law. Waryanta (2018) emphasizes that agrarian reform consists of two main components, namely asset reform and access reform. Asset reform is carried out by providing land to those who need it (land redistribution) or by strengthening community land ownership rights. The study highlights the importance of structured strategies, involving local human resources and analyzing their potential for economic initiatives. This study aims to examine the implementation of access reform in agrarian reform. In qualitative research, the filing system method is used to categorize and organize data based on categories. Adequate access is crucial for sustaining community livelihoods, and the success of development objectives can be measured by the success of access management. The Cross-Sector Collaboration Model was chosen to involve the government, business organizations, and the private sector in business development in Putat Village.
