Abstract

This study examines the management system of village treasury land in Sumberrahayu Village, Moyudan Sub-district, Sleman Regency, and its contribution to the Village Original Revenue (PADes). This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews with the Village Head, Secretary, and Security Officer of Sumberrahayu Village, as well as field observations and document studies. The results show that Sumberrahayu Village classifies its treasury land into two types: pure village treasury land and pelungguh land. The pure village treasury land is rented out to the community for agricultural and fishery activities, with the rental income fully contributing to PADes. The pelungguh land is allocated as an allowance for village officials, with 10% of its management revenue paid into the village treasury as a PADes contribution. The allocation of 36.94 hectares of pelungguh land (58.43% of the total village treasury land) complies with the Governor Regulation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Number 24 of 2024. The management of village treasury land in Sumberrahayu Village has adhered to good governance principles in accordance with applicable regulations; however, challenges remain in optimizing efficiency and addressing payment arrears. Village treasury land plays a strategic role as a primary source of village income, significantly contributing to PADes.
