Abstract

This study examines the role of the Licensed Surveyor Office (KJSB) Indra Pramudita and Partners in the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in Bantul Regency. The objectives are to analyze the role of KJSB, identify challenges encountered, and determine the solutions applied to support the success of PTSL. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that KJSB Indra Pramudita and Partners play an active role in land parcel measurement and mapping, serving as a strategic partner of the Land Office in accelerating land certification. The challenges include limited permanent boundary markers, discrepancies between physical and juridical data, difficult topography, unpredictable weather, and mapping software limitations. Solutions implemented involve enhanced coordination, the use of supporting technology, adjustments to fieldwork methods, and community assistance. The study concludes that synergy between KJSB and the Land Office is a key factor in the success of PTSL in Bantul Regency.
