Abstract

The research is motivated by the conventional management of land document archives at the Kantor Pertanahan Kota Yogyakarta, which leads to issues such as difficulties in document retrieval, risk of document loss, and inefficient borrowing and tracking processes. This stuy aims to design and develop a web-based warkah management information system and to evaluate the quality of the developed system. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using a mixed methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques. The system development adopts the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Prototyping approach, consisting of requirement analysis, rapid design, prototype construction, evaluation and refinement stages. System testing is performed based on ISO/IEC 25010 standard, covering functional, suitability, usability, security, reliability, and performance efficiency aspects. The results indicate that the developed warah managemen information system functions properly according to user requirements, with all system modules performing as expected based on Blacbox Testing. The evaluation results using ISO 25010 show that all indicatiors achieved scors above 80%, with an overall score 88.16%, categorized as “Very Feasible”. The reliability test using Cronbach’s Alpha yielded a value of 0.936, indication a very high level of internal consistency. Therefore, the developed system is considered feasible and capable of improving effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability in managing land deed archives at the Kantor Pertanahan Kota Yogyakarta.
