Abstract

Cross-sector land registration program is a land registration process conducted by the National Land Agency in collaboration with other agencies or departments, targeting low-income individuals working in related sectors with the aim of enhancing the ability of MSME actors to access sources of financing and credit. This paper aims to examine how SME operators perceive the cross-sectoral land registration program and its impact on changes in income after utilizing land certificates obtained through the program to access business capital. This study was conducted in Tlogorejo Village, Tlogowungu Subdistrict, Pati Regency. The research method employed was a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews and questionnaire as a supporting data. The results of the study indicate that the perceptions of MSME actors fall into the “Very Good” category. However, it should be noted that the majority of respondents still have a limited understanding of the program, viewing it solely as a land certification program without fully realizing the strategic dimensions of the program in supporting MSME development through access to capital. The extent of the increase in revenue depends on the type of business and the amount of capital invested. The more capital invested in a business, the higher the revenue generated.
