Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of social media, which has transformed public information consumption patterns into a participatory model, but on the other hand, raises the risk of information disruption such as misinformation and disinformation in the land sector. This study aims to analyze the ideas and characteristics of educational content, credibility, and communication strategies implemented by content creators @dokterpertanahan and @klinikpertanahan in educating the public about land issues. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, audio-visual, and documentation. The results show that both accounts consistently use the idea of tutorial content or short educational videos based on official regulations to build public understanding. An interesting finding shows that the absence of entertainment elements does not reduce the effectiveness of the content because audiences prioritize the need for information and trust in sources. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of synergy between independent content creators and official agencies such as the Ministry of ATR/BPN to strengthen digital land literacy. In conclusion, a communication strategy that combines regulations, practical experience, and layered verification is effective in minimizing information disruption and increasing public trust in the digital space.
