Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of LibreCAD software at the Land Offices in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research employed a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of 70 initial respondents who completed the questionnaire, namely employees from the Survey and Mapping Sections at five Land Offices in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. After the data screening process, 55 valid respondents were obtained and used as the research sample. The screening was conducted by excluding respondents who had never used LibreCAD and those who did not pass the attention check item. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics. The results showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and the level of LibreCAD acceptance were all in the low category, with mean values of 2.38, 2.59, and 2.37, respectively. However, inferential analysis indicated that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on acceptance of IT, both partially and simultaneously. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.794 indicates that 79.4% of the variation in user acceptance can be explained by these two variables. The most dominant variable affecting user acceptance was perceived usefulness. Therefore, improving LibreCAD acceptance requires strengthening its perceived usefulness and ease of use in supporting technical land affairs work.
