Abstract

The large volume of land service requests that must be handled by the Semarang City Land Office has implications for queue density at the main office, increased workload of officers, and the potential for suboptimal fulfillment of service time standards. In response to these problems, the Semarang City Land Office has developed various service innovations, one of which is the Joint Service House. The purpose of establishing the Rumah Layanan Bersama is to bring land service access closer to the community, distribute the service load, and reduce queue buildup at the main office. In its implementation, Rumah Layanan Bersama is held in three locations, namely Puspowarno, Banyumanik, and Gayamsari, the Joint Service House is in one location with the PBB Service Post. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of Rumah Layanan Bersama innovation using indicators of service accessibility, service time efficiency, and public satisfaction, by placing public experience and perceptions as the basis for assessment. The research format used by the researcher is a descriptive quantitative approach by applying survey research and descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the service accessibility indicator had a mean score of 4.28, categorized as very effective; the service time efficiency indicator had a mean score of 4.49, categorized as very effective; and the public satisfaction indicator had a mean score of 4.52, categorized as very effective. Overall, the effectiveness of Rumah Layanan Bersama innovation in land services in Semarang City had a mean score of 4.43, categorized as very effective.
