Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged the transformation of digital- based public services, including the land service sector through the Sentuh Tanahku Application developed by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). This study aims to determine the effect of the utilization of the Sentuh Tanahku Application on land services and the effectiveness level of the application at the Pacitan Regency Land Office. This research used a descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression, significance testing, and program effectiveness calculations. The results showed that the utilization of the Sentuh Tanahku Application had a positive and significant effect on land services with a regression equation of Y = 10.959 + 0.632X and a significance value of 0.000. In addition, the effectiveness calculation showed a value of 81%, which falls into the very effective category. The application is considered capable of providing easier access to services, improving service time efficiency, and supporting transparency of land information for the community. However, several obstacles were still found, such as internet network disruptions, application system instability, and limited public understanding of application features. Therefore, improvements in system quality and application usage socialization are needed so that digital-based land services can operate more optimally.
