Abstract

Public services in the land sector still face various obstacles, including procedures considered complicated and limited time for the public to access services on weekdays. In response to this issue, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency introduced the Weekend Land Service Program (Pelataran), held every Saturday and Sunday. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the Pelataran program on improving the quality of land registration services, to measure the Community Satisfaction Index toward the service, and to identify the supporting and hindering factors of its implementation at the Land Office of Tangerang Regency. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, collecting quantitative data through questionnaires distributed to fifty service users, complemented by qualitative data obtained through interviews and observation of the officers in charge. Service quality was analyzed based on five dimensions, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, while community satisfaction was analyzed using descriptive statistics in accordance with the satisfaction survey guidelines issued by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. The results show that the Pelataran program has a positive effect on improving the quality of land registration services, with a community satisfaction index of 89.81, categorized as very good. Supporting factors include adequate facilities and staff professionalism, whereas hindering factors include limited staff availability and the land computerization system that has not been fully optimized for weekend services. The study concludes that Pelataran is an effective public service innovation in enhancing accessibility and community satisfaction with land registration services. Keywords : public service, land registration, community satisfaction, service innovation.
