Abstract

The management of village treasury land data in Kalurahan Sitimulyo, Kapanewon Piyungan, Bantul Regency is still conducted conventionally using physical books, conventional village maps, and Village Regulation Number 13 of 2019. This condition causes difficulties in accessing information, risks of document damage, and limitations in accurately identifying the location and distribution of village treasury land. This research aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) capable of presenting village treasury land information and to determine the level of system usefulness for the Kalurahan Sitimulyo Village Office. The research employs a mixed method approach with an Agile-based System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method. The development stages include land data identification, spatial and attribute data correction using ArcGIS, website requirement analysis through interviews, system design using UML modeling (Use Case Diagram and Activity Diagram), website development using PHP, MySQL, TypeScript, and Leaflet.js, and testing using Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). The results show that the SI-TAKAL WebGIS was successfully developed, presenting data on 473 land parcels covering 151.5 hectares distributed across 21 sub-villages. Black Box Testing showed a 100% success rate, indicating all features function as required. Meanwhile, the System Usability Scale testing produced an average score of 73, which falls within the Good (Acceptable) category, confirming that the system has a satisfactory level of user acceptance and is suitable for operational implementation.
