Abstract
Village Treasury Land is a village asset that can be utilized to support development and increase Village Original Revenue. Productive management of Village Treasury Land is expected to provide benefits for both the village government and the community. In Pandan Sari Village, Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu Regency, Village Treasury Land has been utilized through the development of a traditional market, shop houses, and a Food Court. This study aims to analyze the forms and processes of Village Treasury Land management, community participation in its utilization, and itsimpact on optimizing the local community's economy in Pandan Sari Village. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving village officials, village asset managers, and community members. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the management of Village Treasury Land in Pandan Sari Village has been carried out productively through the utilization of village assets in the form of a market, shop houses, a Food Court, and other business facilities, contributing to Village Original Revenue. The revenue generated is utilized to support village governance, development programs, and various community activities. In addition, these economic facilities have created business opportunities and increased employment opportunities for the community. However, the economic benefits directly experienced by the people of Pandan Sari Village have not been fully optimized. This condition is due to the fact that most tenants and business operators utilizing these facilities come from outside the village, resulting in relatively limited involvement of local residents in the growing economic activities. Furthermore, some community members are still reluctant to take advantage of the available business opportunities. Nevertheless, the utilization of Village Treasury Land has the potential to promote community economic development if supported by policies that encourage greater participation of localresidentsin its management and utilization.
