Abstract
The Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR) is a crucial instrument for controlling spatial use, serving not only as a guideline for regional development but also as a supporter of economic growth by providing spatial certainty, facilitating licensing, and guiding investment. This situation makes evaluating the suitability and management of the RDTR's implementation crucial to determine its effectiveness in supporting regional economic growth. This study aims to analyze the level of suitability of spatial use with the RDTR, assess the management of its implementation, and assess its role in leveraging economic growth in the Yos Sudarso Secondary Local Road corridor, Nganjuk District, Nganjuk Regency. This study employed mixed methods with quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches. The suitability analysis was conducted by overlaying the RDTR map with WorldView satellite imagery using ArcGIS to identify the level of suitability of actual land use with the planned zoning. Meanwhile, the analysis of the implementation management and the role of the RDTR in economic growth was conducted through in-depth interviews with relevant agencies and business actors, supported by secondary data in the form of RDTR documents, RTRW (Regional Spatial Plan), and GRDP (Regional Development Plan) of Nganjuk Regency. The research results indicate that the level of spatial use conformity with the RDTR reached 81%, categorized as very high. However, there were indications of land use changes in residential areas, with trade and service activities shifting linearly along the road corridor. However, strengthening control, monitoring, and public outreach is needed to ensure consistent spatial use and ensure the benefits of the RDTR are enjoyed more broadly and sustainably.
