Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accuracy and feasibility of the low-cost GNSS Tri Bhumi RTK receiver using the RTK-NTRIP method for land boundary measurements. This research employed a quantitative approach with a comparative experimental method. The sample consisted of 35 land boundary points in Banyuraden, Sleman Regency, under open sky conditions. The measurement data from Tri Bhumi RTK were compared with reference coordinate data from the CHCNav i50 Geodetic GNSS using the Rapid Static method (CORS BIG JOGS correction). Data were analyzed using the Paired Sample T-Test parametric statistical test after the elimination of outliers and descriptive analysis based on the tolerance standards of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs/Head of BPN Regulation No. 3 of 1997. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in horizontal position accuracy between the two methods, with a significance value (p) of 0.069 (p > 0.05). Descriptive analysis proved that 100% of the samples met the distance tolerance (maximum linear error of 0.226 m < 0.25 m) and all land parcel samples met the area tolerance (difference of 1–7 m2). Therefore, the Tri Bhumi RTK receiver is highly feasible as an efficient alternative measurement tool to support accelerated land registration (PTSL) in open areas.
