Abstract

The limited time for the public to access land services on weekdays is one of the challenges in the provision of public services at the Palembang City Land Office. This condition encourages the presence of the Weekend Land Service (Pelataran) innovation as a form of land information and consultation service that operates on weekends to increase service accessibility for the public. This study aims to determine the level of public satisfaction with the Weekend Land Service (Pelataran) at the Palembang City Land Office and identify obstacles experienced by the public in its implementation. This study uses mixed methods with a sequential explanatory approach. Quantitative data were obtained through a Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) based on PermenPANRB Number 14 of 2017 with 35 respondents, while qualitative data were obtained through interviews with Pelataran officers to deepen the results of the quantitative analysis. The results show that the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) value is 90.714 with the category of "Very Good", which indicates a high level of public satisfaction with the services provided. All service elements received good to excellent ratings, with facilities and infrastructure receiving the highest rating and implementer competence receiving the lowest rating. Furthermore, a major obstacle identified was limited public understanding of the types of services, procedures, and requirements for the Pelataran. The study concluded that the Weekend Land Service (Pelataran) has been operating very well, but further communication and detailed explanations are needed to optimize public understanding of the service.
