Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for public sector organizations, including land offices under the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN). This study examines the effect of digital transformation on employee job satisfaction at the Bekasi Regency Land Office, an office with a high volume of land services. A quantitative explanatory approach was used, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to all 76 employees using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using validity, reliability, and normality tests, followed by simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test using SPSS. The results show that digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a regression equation of Y = 29.083 + 0.666X and a significance value of less than 0.001. Digital transformation explains 27% of the variance in job satisfaction (R Square = 0.270), while the remaining 73% is explained by other factors such as leadership, workload, and compensation. These findings confirm the relevance of the Technology Acceptance Model and Task-Technology Fit theory in explaining employee responses to digitalized land services, and suggest that technology alone is insufficient without adequate human resource readiness and organizational support. Keywords: digital transformation, employee, job satisfaction, land office, technology acceptance
