Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of public satisfaction and explore community perceptions regarding the quality, benefits, and sustainability of the Weekend Land Service Program (PELATARAN) at the Bantul Land Office, Indonesia. PELATARAN is a public service innovation designed to improve access to land administration services by providing selected services on weekends for people who are unable to visit the land office during regular working days. The study employed a mixed methods approach by integrating quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data were collected through a Community Satisfaction Survey involving 56 users of the PELATARAN program, while qualitative data were obtained through structured interviews with nine service users, supported by field observations and document analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively using the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) calculation based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017. The findings indicate that the PELATARAN program achieved a Community Satisfaction Index score of 79.693, which falls within the Good category. Interview findings further reveal that the program has improved public access to land administration services by offering more flexible service hours, reducing time constraints for service users, and providing a more convenient service experience. Participants also perceived the service procedures as clear, the officers as professional and responsive, and the available facilities as generally adequate. Nevertheless, the study identified several aspects requiring further improvement, particularly in strengthening public outreach, expanding the range of available services, and continuously improving the service delivery system to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program. The findings are expected to provide practical input for improving the quality of public services and strengthening the implementation of land administration service innovations. Keywords: land administration services, PELATARAN, public satisfaction, public service, service innovation.
