Abstract

The Weekend Land Service Program (PELATARAN) is a public service innovation introduced by the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency to provide land services on Saturdays for people who are unable to access services during weekdays. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PELATARAN and examine public perceptions of its service quality at the North Jakarta City Land Office. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings show that PELATARAN has been implemented in accordance with established policies and has improved public access to land services. Respondents perceived the service procedures and requirements as clear, officers as competent and courteous, service delivery as efficient, fees as transparent and in accordance with regulations, and the service environment as comfortable. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, particularly regarding the Sentuh Tanahku application, the digital queue system, and the adaptation of newly assigned officers. Overall, PELATARAN has enhanced the quality and accessibility of land services, although continuous improvements are still required.
